Description

Linden M.B. Church is seeking an associate pastor for our congregation of 200+.  We are excited to be implementing a 'Refocusing' process and to pursue our purpose of 'Authentic Relationship with God & People'.  The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience and will oversee and equip in ministries to children, youth and young adults, and based on gifting, small groups & music.  Also important to this position will be pastoral duties such as preaching (approximately 12 - 18 times per year), weddings, funerals, and visitation.  A theology consistent with the Scriptures and which affirms the M.B.
