“When I talk about finding God’s will I often relate how I have merely stumbled into his will again and again.” Attending MB Biblical Seminary started out as a decision of convenience, it was local and denominational, but Tim Neufeld quickly discovered it was more than that. MB Biblical Seminary was the right place for him. “I discovered that anabaptist theology was really what I was hungry for. I was thrilled that I had stumbled onto that.”
After working several years in youth ministry, Tim was ready to accent his experience with theological depth, and he found that at MB Biblical Seminary. His time spent in the classroom was the most influential. “The teaching styles and corporate hermeneutics made me realize we’re not here to be fed answers, but to process questions, to learn biblical studies skills.”
Tim is now teaching at Fresno Pacific University in the Biblical Studies and Religious Studies Division and says, “Fifteen years later I still teach the material from my seminary thesis in my classes; it was and is so relevant.”
