Diploma in Women in Ministry
NOTE: No new applicants are being accepted at this time.
This diploma provides comprehensive ministry training that is designed for optional transfer into a Master’s Degree program. It was developed in response to a need expressed by women in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Many of these women have grown into their church ministry roles without formal ministry, and are now seeking to add depth through theological and skill-based training.
The Women in Ministry program is designed to equip women for healthy, effective ministry. It is flexible, allowing students to enter at their level of skill and experience. It also allows them to move beyond the Diploma into either a Bachelor of Arts degree at a college or university, or to a Masters degree at MB Biblical Seminary.
Our vision is to see confident, competent, and committed women fully using their gifts for maximum Kingdom impact.
The Diploma in Women in Ministry is offered in partnership with the Baptist General Conference’s School of Women’s Ministry (SWM). Courses are hosted on the Seminary’s Fresno campus or at area churches.
