*This course is part of the Certificate in Worship Ministry*

This course will introduce the student to principles of interpersonal relations, teambuilding, and conflict resolution. Students will be challenged to reflect upon these concepts in relation to the dynamics of their own church staff and lay ministry teams. Students also will be invited to evaluate themselves from the perspectives of emotional and social intelligence, conflict management style, and “dark side” proclivities.
