Old Testament Theology

A study of the progressive development of biblical revelation as seen in the central doctrinal themes which characterized the faith and hope of the people of God in the Old Testament. The course is built around several questions: What is the basic message of the Old Testament? How is that message nuanced? What are the implications for OT unity and the NT connection? What is the contemporary significance of that message? Attention will also be given to the exegesis of selected scriptural passages.
