Fresno Institute For Urban Leadership (FIFUL)

FIFUL is an urban training program designed and run by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Phil Skei, MA is the director of FIFUL and a graduate of MB Biblical Seminary. FIFUL has three major components:

  1. The Pink House – a one year residential urban training and discipleship program while living in intentional community.
  2. Fresno Urban Ministry Project (FUMP) – a one-week urban plunge to work and learn from indigenous leadership in at risk communities.
  3. Fresno Urban Internship (FUI) – a five-week experience in Fresno’s poorest neighborhoods working side by side with local leadership while completing an academic urban biblical curriculum.

Presbytery of the San Joaquin

Through an agreement with the Presbytery of the San Joaquin, MB Biblical Seminary students can complete a Diploma of Presbyterian Studies within the Master of Divinity degree. For more information, click here.

San Joaquin Schools for Ministry

Through an agreement with the San Joaquin Schools for Ministry (SJSM), MB Biblical Seminary and the Diocese of San Joaquin offer a Diploma In Anglican Studies. For more information on this program and how courses can be included in a Master of Divinity degree, click here.

School for Women In Ministry (SWM)

MB Biblical Seminary is in a collaborative relationship with Dr. Pamela Heim, Women’s Ministry director of the Baptist General Conference who has designed and runs the successful School of Women’s Ministry. The program consists of six Saturdays where women are equipped for Women’s Ministry. Over 1,000 women nationwide have graduated from this school. MB Biblical Seminary has incorporated this program into the Certificate and Diploma in Women In Ministry. We have chosen to label these programs Women In Ministry as it is broader than a “Women’s Ministry” track and opens the door for women in our valley who desire to be used in a great variety of ministries beyond “Women’s Ministry.” Those completing the Diploma in Women in Ministry can roll these credits into a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree.
