February 15: MBBS Helping People in Haiti
MB Biblical Seminary Community Helping People in Haiti
Along with our prayers, the seminary will be supporting the people in Haiti by sending emergency relief kits through Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). Bring items to the Admin. Bldg. by Feb. 12. The relief kits will be assembled by MBBS Ministry Quest students as part of a service project with MCC.
Please purchase items from the list below if you would like to participate.
MCC-Haiti Relief Kits
4 large bars bath soap (leave in wrapping)
1 plastic bottle shampoo (13-24 oz; place bottle in a re-sealable plastic bag)
4 large bars of laundry soap (you can find at Walmart or Vallarta
1 squeeze-tube toothpaste (minimum 6 oz; leave in box)
4 adult-size toothbrushes (leave in packaging)
4 new bath towels (medium weight, dark or bright colors)
2 wide-tooth combs (6 to 8 in)
1 fingernail clipper (out of box)
1 box adhesive bandages (minimum 40, assorted; in box)
1 package sanitary pads (18-24 thin-maxi)
