Background

Rick has worked with youth for over 23 years. He is a 1992 Graduate of MB Biblical Seminary and has served as youth pastor in three MB congregations, as a summer camp director, college instructor, the Assistant to the National Director for Youth for Christ - Britain from 1993-2000 and Leadership Development Director - Youth for Christ Pacific Northwest Region from 2000 - 2003. He was also Director of MB Biblical Seminary's Ministry Quest program, which nurtures young people's ministry potential within the context of their local church, from 2002-2006.

Currently Rick works as Director of Constituency Relations and Dean of Students. He also teaches courses in Youth Ministry.

Books and Articles

Rick has had articles published in the Christian Leader and MB Herald and Direction Magazine. In the UK his writings have been published by Youth for Christ, Perspectives Magazine, and Youthwork Magazine.

He has a chapter in the book Their Future, Our Passion published by Youth for Christ International.

Courses

Rick teaches in the areas of Youth Ministry as well as Education and Teaching methods.
